Terms of Use — Novleg

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Novleg governing your access to and use of ProStudio3 with AI (the "App") and the website at novleg.com (the "Site"). By using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms, Novleg grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal or professional creative work.

Purchases and Billing

Purchases are processed by Apple via in‑app purchase. Apple’s terms and policies apply.
Some features may require a one‑time purchase or other entitlement. Prices may change at any time. Taxes may apply.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing security.
No use that violates law, infringes rights, or harms others.
No automated scraping of the Site or abuse of services.

Ownership

The App and Site are owned by Novleg and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of media you create or edit with the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you process.

Privacy

Your use of the App and Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVLEG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your license ends.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App and Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law. Venue will be appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
