This Privacy Policy explains how Novleg ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with ProStudio3 with AI (the "App") and the site at novleg.com (the "Site"). We designed the App to work primarily on-device and to collect as little data as possible.

What We Collect

• App Content (On‑Device): Your audio recordings, sessions, stems, mixes, and projects remain on your device unless you explicitly export or share them. We do not upload your audio to our servers.
• iCloud (Optional): If you enable iCloud sync or backups, Apple may process data under Apple’s policies. We do not access your iCloud content.
• Diagnostics: Anonymous crash logs and performance metrics may be collected via Apple if you opt in to share with developers. These do not include your audio content.
• Payments: Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive non-personal purchase receipts to unlock features. We do not store your full payment details.
• Website Analytics (Minimal): We may use privacy‑ friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. No cross‑site tracking or sale of personal data.
• Support: If you email us, we process the information you provide solely to resolve your request.

How We Use Data

• Provide and improve the App and Site.
• Process purchases and manage feature unlocks.
• Diagnose crashes and performance issues.
• Respond to support requests.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share minimal data with service providers that help us operate the App and Site (e.g., Apple for payments and diagnostics), under contracts that protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

On‑device content remains until you delete it. Support emails are retained as long as needed to address your request and for legal obligations. Purchase receipts are retained to honor entitlements.

Your Rights

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
